@alexs1320 - you use your active key or master password to change your profile picture in the wallet. One of the changes proposed in this hardfork is to allow a posting authority to update these settings

The proposed EIP aims to turn this type of behavior around. That is it's primary goal, to make the behavior that most would like to see on Steem be the more profitable route for people to take.
