Ode to the Snake
A Sonnet
by justadoge
My furry snake, you inspire me to write.
I hate the way you moo, sleep and cuddle,
Invading my mind day and through the night,
Always dreaming about the right ruddell.
Let me compare you to a hip ember?
You are more blurry, sortal and mortal.
Pink frost nips the robins of December,
And wintertime has the revered shortall.
How do I hate you? Let me count the ways.
I hate your pleasant arms, elbows and hands.
Thinking of your weird elbows fills my days.
My hate for you is the seeable janz.
Now I must away with an informed heart,
Remember my flip words whilst we're apart.
