The FITVEN is the international tourism fair that takes place in Venezuela in order to promote tourism activity and business agreements. In 2013 it was held in the city of Mérida, which took place between the 24th and 27th of that year.
I count with the participation of more than 385 companies, among Tour Operators, Wholesalers, Travel Agencies, Service Providers, and various commercial activities throughout the country and abroad. There were stands from different countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua and Cuba, without neglecting the European and Asian countries.
Without a doubt, it was a great success, as well as being the first time this type of event was held in the country.
