Yes sir. I use to set some of my post on 100% stake.
The transactions you see on my wallet are send to me by other hive users who are finding it difficult to convert their hive token or HBD reward to local currency. There are users who were either newly onboarded or users who don't have crypto wallet address from exchangers.
