One of the implications of Hive SBI pending balances accruing for members until they post is that... whenever there is a HIVE pump, inactive members come out of the woodwork and start posting again, drawing down their pending balances and putting pressure on the VP, which results in Hive SBI vote values lagging the HIVE pump. (The 7 day lag in curation rewards also has an impact.) It should stabilize soon after HIVE price stabilizes (hopefully at a new 'normal' in the current range and not back in the 0.40's again.)
