Thanks for the great tips. However I'm mostly awake or I wake up intermittently to do a lot of things at midnight. However I think the stress of unfulfillment and the troubles of life is probably why.

Thanks a million 🙏🙏

Yeah, having more sleep is better than not having enough, but we all know the troubles in life most times don't make it enough. However I hope to keep pushing.

Haha, well, I think it's an unfortunate trade-off. We've gotta stay up to make sure to provide and if not things begins to go on. The danger of lack in a family setting is really bad, but I hope I can

Yes. Sleep is the standard recommendation for someone who is stressed and that's the advice I've gotten: to sleep more and let go of the things that bothers the mind

Beautiful shots. Generally hot springs may feel nicer especially because of the colder climate. Depends on the weather I think.

I think the hospital personnel were quite linient. They man wouldn't have seen the light of day if he did this at a Lagos teaching hospital as he'll be given the beating of his life..

I mostly do fun just to alleviate stressed. The past two years have been seriously stressing for me and they mostly tell on my blood pressure. But, I can't afford them, I just do it because of the family.
