I doubt the Ethereum miners will leave. It would just make Ethereum switch to PoS even faster and who would use the miners' hard fork with crazy high fees. Also I think the "official" Ethereum

Doesn't surprise me. Ethereum fees were a huge gatekeeper for the elite. Binance, whether you like them or not has allowed the little guy to experience Defi.
