DEC might not be in reward chests anymore, but CHAOS packs still have an random chance of being in one. CHAOS pack value pretty much follows DEC. DEC go up. CHAOS pack value goes up. #splinterlands

This strategy works best at higher leagues since they will have their own reward pools tomorrow...assuming that the update goes off without a hitch.

Good point. Each league has its own reward pool, so higher leagues definitely are more optimal.

I think I'll wait to open my daily chests until after tomorrow's update. Would rather have SPS than DEC from chests even with the former's recent drop and the latter's recent rise. #splinterlands

Yeah it was pretty tame. Maybe next week will be more interesting after there's more data about the SPS change.
