had to rework the tx construction and signing code so now can create any standard or custom bitcoin transaction using JSON. dealing with p2sh scripts with if/else conditionals that have pay to hash and cltv inside them.

well even though the iguana code accepts the raw transactions it is getting the dreaded error -22 on the live network, so I need to trouble shoot that. it might seem like not much progress, but getting the raw transactions passing the internal checks is a big improvement. Also, I have been spending time helping out a new project over the weekend, so that took some time away.
