Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes mi cuarto día de entrenamiento para la copa Hive.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC, In this opportunity I will share with you my fourth day of training for the Hive Cup.
Quiero hacer estos post sobre la copa Hive, porque quiero que ustedes vean mi progreso en el entrenamiento, espero poder subir si nivel para dar la talla en la competencia.
I want to make this post about the Hive Cup, because I want you to see my progress in training, I hope I can raise my level to give the size in the competition.
Mi meta para la copa Hive es mejorar el nivel y quedar en los primeros lugares, disfrutar junto a la comunidad y a todo SWC.
My goal for the Hive cup is to improve the level and be in the first places, enjoy with the community and all SWC.
Me gustaría mi físico en cuanto a masa muscular y un poco de definición, es la primera vez que me gustaría mejorar físicamente.
I would like my physique in terms of muscle mass and a little definition, it is the first time I would like to improve physically.
