Happy Belated Birthday @joanstewart , I use FB thru a browser, NOT THE APP. So many people I know lose the phone, forget their log in credentials FOR THE APP and have to start over. I do NOT use the app,

I would go for 50/50 taking out the remaining tree, or at least trimming the limbs up high to make it less dangerous, but that's crazy, it makes better sense to take the whole thing out

Couple of years ago, I contacted a surveyor, to do just my propery perimeter survey would be over $2,000. I'm not prepared to drop that much just to establish the location of an imaginary line, not yet

That is true @scribblingramma and many people tell me the same thing, but I would know and get bored or distracted. Still it was a good time.
