The best thing is for parents to explain everything. I have a teenage daughter, she is going through all these changes and both the mother and I have explained everything to her, I have an older daughter and she has also explained it to her, she is now ready. When my older daughter went through these changes it was the first time as a parent I had to explain it to her, but now I feel more confident and more experienced to talk about it with my younger daughter.
