My weekend in Saratoga New York

I had to get away from the hot humidity in Kentucky for a weekend in New York. So I flew to Albany airport and to go to the most legendary horse race track in the united states which is Saratoga Race Course in the city of Saratoga Springs. All the mansions that lined the street where some of the nicest I have ever seen in one small area.Houses built in the 1850's by rich horse people back when Saratoga began horse racing in 1849.Its hard to believe now days that them where all one family homes that are now apartments, bed & breakfast, or shops. I hung out mostly on the backside of the racetrack where the horses were. The barns are all original from back in 1850's when they where built. Its one of the best race tracks in the country with all the big named jockeys and trainers that travel from all over the world to race championship horse's.I go to Saratoga a few times during the summer meet to detail and transport cars for the big named jockeys and trainers.

This is the best place to spend summer is to be in Saratoga when its blazing hot weather everywhere else.
