- Stir-fried basil with chicken, fried egg (not spicy) because it is for foreign customers to eat. Most customers can't eat spicy food.
- Papaya salad. This is another menu that makes the taste not spicy as well.

สวัสดีเพื่อนๆทุกคน วันนี้มานำเสนอเมนูอาหารในร้านอนัตตาครับ
- ผัดกระเพราไก่ ไข่ดาว (ไม่เผ็ด) เพราะว่าเป็นการทำให้ลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติทาน ส่วนใหญ่ลูกค้าทานอาหารรสชาติเผ็ดไม่ได้
- ส้มตำ อันนี้ก็เป็นอีก 1 เมนูที่ทำให้รสชาติไม่เผ็ดเหมือนกัน
- ตำแตง อันนี้ทำใส่พริก 1/2 เม็ดครับ โดยลูกค้าเป็นคนระบุมาเองครับ
