The first time I remember him crossing my path, he pasted a similar long rant in reply to one of my snaps. I asked him not to spam, and his response was to paste it literally dozens of times on various posts, snaps, and comments I had made. He is pathologically anti-social, and anyone who corrects him is assumed to be conspiring against him. He never listens.
