Did you think laziness is bad, or damages your performance? Think again, don't believe all the articles because it seems right.
The world seems fixed on the idea that lazy equals bad in every situation, the worst thing in the world is to not engage. Just sitting still gives people goosebumps, they feel they are losing time, precious time and they fight it, they torture themselves just to avoid the "lazy time". If they fall into sin, they regret it like a McDonald's big menu.
People I am here to say to you, greatness, our achievements, your achievements are due to laziness. For the most part, working is the second, doh. Just look at every human accomplishment: the phone, someone somewhere was lazy to make the 2 days journey to see his parents. Thank you laziness! The pen and paper, well the lazy man who didn't want to mark stone tablets saved us with his low tolerance for boring things.
Don't worry this doesn't mean that if you're laziness makes you a genius, calm down smarty pants. It does mean that if you would some day create something of immense value for the world, you would have done that using the power of lazy you!
There are two states that mean something in the creative process. One is "off" and the other is "on". Remember when you can't get your computer to work you just "turn it off and on again!". Well this is the same for the brain, working all the time generates bugs, the more you work non stop the less you will actually think. All that time you will become more and more frustrated because you think you just have one option to keep working, laziness is bad in your mind so you avoid it, you avoid greatness that's what you avoid!
There's a trick however, sneaky post, sneaky. Using the power of laziness only works when you are passionate about your work. Sorry people that have the wrong job! This is the glue that makes the magic work. So if you see in you potential for great laziness, do yourself a favor and start working for what you believe in, what you desire, crave for, otherwise all that lazy power will be lost and humanity will not have it's quantum abs enhancer !
