From the followup info I am seeing from them, they are aware of Steem and it's Dapps. Though their biggest concern is losing their ad revenue sharing model. It seems to be their biggest motivation to post

Yes it is, but we need to be persistent and coordinated. The more we onboard into the Steem ecosystem, the more of their subscribers will too.

I have never been to Vietnam and look forward to visiting. I haven't bought my tickets yet. I am flying out of Yangon on the 20th to Bangkok. Have you been to Myanmar?
