MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
Wash and prick potatoes and microwave at 500W for 8 to minutes.
Mix all ingredients for marinade and dip the microwaved potatoes in it.
Keep for 1 hour in the fridge.
Rub a little oil on the marinated and place on high rack and grill for 20 to 30 minutes. Until golden brown.
Tandoori aloo is ready.
Serve hot with green chutney and ring onion.
