@bigdaddy that looks like a Malayan Water Monitor. They're very common throughout Southeast Asia. Here in Singapore, some are even F1 fans ;P

That shiny chrome blue is just out of this world. Awesome macro work, especially with such flighty subjects!

@ocrdu maybe the pale coloured one you found was what they call an aberration. It seems there is a whole range of colour variation aside from the common colouration =)

Nicely framed! That one tree in the foreground is a nice anchor against the shadows of the trunks flowing towards the back. Gives it good depth I feel.
