I was gonna buy one of those in the beginning of the year, but decided to buy crypto instead. “Off grid” means not much since you depend on third party software, and hardware, to manage your own stuff.

Being really “off grid” would be running your node with your wallet in it, not using a hardware wallet and depending on a third party API to use the blockchains
