Today's prompt from "Quote of the Day"

I don't know about you, but I have tried this again and again. LOL! I mean, if I don't believe in myself, who else will? That's something that I do remind myself every so often. I would admit there are times when I question my own abilities too. Moments like this I would pause and take a break. I would usually refrain from undertaking any major task or making a huge decision. Sleep on it. It sometimes works. Been there, done that.
When all else fail, I lift my hands up and pray. I actually do so every day. I know some folks have different belief systems, and that's okay. Prayers work for me. They put my mind and emotions at ease.
It also helps that I keep journals, as I get to record a lot in them. Looking back makes me realize how far I have come. I try to keep moving forward.
