I am mostly leave comments because I got so much push back from people to do so and I do like talking to people even if it gets hostile sometimes. Me leaving comments worked out for other people who downvote though because I have been put in a position where I now understand why people do not leave comments when they downvote. I support people downvoting how they want and if someone does not want to leave comments I know why and can now speak to it.

This most recent downvote situation made me realize if I do leave a comment for the reason then I need to be ready to give the other user some space if it gets out of control. If people are going to self implode and nuke their account by attracting other downvoters there is nothing I can do to stop that.
