Just a 2nd thought. All I think we need is the front ends to have a setting where we cannot see blacklisted users.

Users should be able to choose who they want to blacklist.

Let’s put this power in the hands of users when reasonably possible!

I think this is the most reasonable approach to our blurt issue and I will work towards it.
