Hello today i really want your help.i know steemit community is very big and you guys really help me. i want to introduce one of my best cutiepie Bharti.

Recently bharti was not feeling herself and after a few doctors appointments found herself in Children's Hospital facing a diagnosis no one expected. They determined that bharti has a large malignant tumor pressing on major blood vessels leading into her heart
