Hello to anyone listening!
This will be the first time, I waste anyones time here writing about absolutely nothing!
I find myself at present, well removed from my Homeland, (Canada) literally halfway 'round the world in Mainland China! Shenzhen, to be exact!
I s'pose this is my 'NEW' home for awhile!
Shenzhen, a bit like Hollywood, California I guess. A Land of Broken Dreams and sometimes fulfilled promises!
Each street and every alleyway is coming and going transients from all over the countryside abandoning Family farms, Tradition and Values for that Big Break and a piece of the Pie in the Sky!
I somehow fit in there as well but, my future and promise is a wee bit more assured in this ever changing puzzle!
As I read the Daily Yahoo News Garbage, I wonder what day I may awaken to the sound of Chaos if the Ever Greedy USA doesn't mind their own business! It probably is time to sew a Canada Flag to my Ass and hope for the best as I do know they still respect Canada to a degree!
Anyway, enough about that!
I have plotted to travel the Country on a Mule or a slow train and try to see whats left of the deteriorating un civilized and get a lot of photos and some more Culture Shock!
So far, Guangxi has been the biggest eye opener! Like a step back in time that I almost remember! Maybe a bit like the Ozarks that I have read about!
I grew up in a quaint little part of the countryside in Canada where I am sure in some of the Old run down shacks spread around our stomping ground - housed at least a Serial Killer or Two!
Anyway, it was wonderful talking to you and be warned - I'll be back sometime in the Future...
