No doubt to me that AWS is better than Digital Ocean, but AWS is not the best, just compare AWS Vs Heroku and you'd be surprised to find that there are hosting services much better than aws.

Heroku is indeed an awesome cloud hosting provider, much easier to handle compared to AWS (although amazon has its merits too see: Heroku Vs AWS), but in my view the prices of Heroku need to be lowered
