Yesterday started as a normal day, woke up feeling fine and was getting ready to go out with my girlfriend and the kids.
A small hike up to a small cottage where we made a fire and roasted hot-dogs while drinking coffee, on our way home i felt a spark of electricity going through my back. Didn't really bother me that much but it hurt quite a bit, got home and it started to get increasingly painful.
Laid back on the couch and took it easy until it was time to put the kids to bed, i bend over by the bed and could not get up. My back just gave up and the pain was intense, it took at least 30 attempts and forty-five minutes to get back up on my feet.
I have never felt such an intense pain before and called the emergency room, since i live in the middle of nowhere of course there was no one picking up the phone. Called up my neighbor and he was kind enough to drive me out there, got a hold of a doctor when we arrived and she checked me out.
Wasn't much she could do since they have no machines there to check out whats going on back there, but they could manage the pain.
Ok i thought, i was already on some heavy painkillers so all she could offer was morphine.
I agreed as the pain was literally killing me and she injected it in my arm, i started getting woozy quite fast but the pain was still there. She then gave me a suppository...to place..yeah up there, and then sent me home with some other pills and told me to contact the doctor on Monday.
I have never been more out of it in my entire life, everything was euphoric. Dancing colors and everything went in slow motion while we were driving home.
I had been talking non-stop the entire way about everything and nothing, the words that came out of my mouth were misplaced.
After my arrival home my girlfriend tucked me in on the couch, and i was talking about things that didn't exist and words that wasn't of my tongue.
My girlfriend said she needed something.
"What?" i asked in return.
And she goes "I need about tree fiddy"
It was about that time i realized that the love of my life was five-hundred feet tall and a crustacean from the paleozoic era.
That damned Loch Ness Monster had gotten me again.
I sent her out the door not long ago and i will call the doctor tomorrow to get my back thoroughly checked out.
I'm sorry for any spelling errors in this text as i am still influenced by some heavy drugs.
