Happy Fungi Friday! It does take time to get to know new mushrooms. I sure appreciate how people have passed on what they know, like your dad teaching you. Have a great mushroom season! :D

I see that Hard Fork 22 is already here, lol. That's what our poetry can do! :D

I'm glad Dorian took a turn from your place! Maybe it will Hard Fork into a lesser system. ; )

How are you tracking that "10k+ people a month see steem" becuase of you? I'm not questioning the accuracy of your statement, just trying to learn how to track that sort of thing myself. We used

Thanks, @galberto. I am always foraging, just like you, I think. It's a way of being in the world. Here is to a good year on Steemit and in foraging!

I do intend to get back to posting -- soon, I think. Your quote is motivating, lol: "This hf is the shittiest hf of the entire hf history!" How can I miss that??? I better get posting!

At 25 cents/Steem, that would be $5.00. But our rewards aren't posting in real dollars, so that makes it even more confusing. But it is a lower hurdle anyway.

Thanks for your kind words, @prydfoltz. I'll get to posting pretty soon, I think. I'm glad to see you and others are still here on Steemit! I hope this last year has taken out the worst bad actors, as

Maybe if everyone only posts in poetic form, Hard Fork 22 will get here REAL fast! ; )

The 20 is 20 Steem, not 20 dollars (thank goodness for small favors, I guess. Still out of reach for so many folks). Hope you're doing well, @prydefoltz, no matter what's going on here (or not going on)

Michigan is so pretty! I really enjoyed living there, years ago. That orange flower is Jewelweed. And the plant getting the berries, right afterwards, is the Pokeweed. I eat that -- it's delicious, but

I've been getting Lobster mushrooms this season, so far (Hypomyces lactifluorum). I think they are only in North America. They are a parasite on Russula brevipes, with a hard orange crust. Happy mushroom

I hope your upcoming storm doesn't amount to much, just some average rain. And let's hope HF21 leads to good things.

Tomorrow is Hard Fork 21. We're so glad it's finally done. We aren't sure exactly what it will do, Except make folks want Hard Fork 22. Happy Hard Fork Eve, @old-guy-photos! ; )

I heard you were out of commission for awhile. I'm glad you are home and well enough to post. I hope you can enjoy some time out on your lake, sooner than later. There are so many folks that appreciate

Yes, indeed. I better do a post about it -- just to help everyone cool down! ; )

I'm with you --- #ihatesummer! No ice machine can make anything like a snowball! I save a lot of them for the summer. And I make snow ice cream to put in my freezer, too. I've been enjoying snow ice cream,

SnOwregon 2019 will not be over until I eat all the snow ice cream and use all the snowballs in my freezer! With the hot summer weather ahead, I will appreciate SnOwregon, along with a mint julep. ; )

That looks like cream cheese frosting on those Arborvitae muffins! And that cat looks drunk from sleep and pleasant heat under that lamp. SnOwregon!

It's nice seeing those redbud flowers!Your family will enjoy eating them, I'm sure. I like that last photo best -- that lizard is "out on a limb", lol.
