I am not sure on the tax implications. As I haven't paid any utility bill as of now. But what I understand here is that Zypto as an entity will pay the bills on our behalf and the vendor is more concerned on payments. Similar to like what Cred Pay App does but with Inr and Zypto doing it with Crypto. My 2cents here. Cheers
