I really don't understand this KE malarkey, is it better to have a hi or a low number, to me it makes no sense, and not sure how it would affect my voting, I don't do auto voting. Any pointers in simple

Great efforts put into this, just skimming through the list it seems to be a lot of Spanish uploads, which makes it not viable to vote for them , not being able to speak the language, so unabke to consider
