RE: Time for the October Garden Journal Challenge!
Hey @GardenHive, I am loving this community. Carnivorous Double Potting - this is a link to my latest post. We are going into summer in South America. I am working almost full time to keep up with the

RE: Plant Deemed to be Dangerous ð Brought Home - Shhh
I use castor oil from time to time. I am seriously thinking of looking up how to make it. After all, I have three plants that only require a little bit of dirt to produce it. Thank you for reading.

Thank you @jazlov - You should see these leaves in the sun or rain. They are more pretty than I can possibly show using a camera.

The big one will likely quadruple this summer. "What have I done?" is what keep going through my head.

Remember when the doctors said spoke of how rare that kind of poisoning is?

RE: The Avocado Tree that Lived ðĨ ( my 3 year anniversary post )
I live in an apartment. The only way I can plant it in the ground is to put it in a public park. I love your posts, very well done. I could not stop upvoting them!

RE: Truly Exotic ðŠī The Hooded Pitcher Plant (guide)
I learned all these techniques the hard way. I used to lift the plant out and rinse the roots, then put them in new moss. I lost a lot of plants. When I repot this one again, I will cut the bottom of the

RE: New Plants for Free ðŋ One Crowded Pot
Yes. The plants really perk up when in the warm weather. The more bugs they catch, the faster they grow. I love your garden. You must have had those plants for a long time. They are so big and beautiful.

RE: New Plants for Free ðŋ One Crowded Pot
I have lost a couple, but mostly babies that were not ready to live in their own pot. The Venus plants are the only ones that I have had no luck with leaf propagation. The seeds have never grown for me

As a city dweller, I have no other option. Plant a lot and save space as much as possible. You will be seeing a post about the indestructible avocado tree. It has moved with me for 4 years now and looks

RE: From Trimmings to Trees. ðŠī Propagating Carnivorous Plants.
I started with mine after renting an apartment where gnats got into the house. I loved every time one got caught!

I have been learning as I go for many years now. I was not always that careful - mistakes bring learning.

Just buy sphagnum moss, and collect rain water. You will be fine. They like to be watered by simply keeping water in the bottom plate. You will be fine!

I have saved all the dried flowers from these pants and never had any luck with growing them from seed. I use leaf propagation for a lot of plants. You can get a rooting hormone from most plant stores

I am excited about it too. Thanks for rooting for me. I am adding another layer of potatoes to it today, but I need to get out and buy more soil. I will definitely keep going!

The harvest will be fun. If there is a chili pepper plant among the potatoes, it will be sacrificed in the harvesting process though. For that reason, I want to make a separate tower for plants that need

I think the idea is beautiful but looking at a dirt post is not so pretty. If it turns into a bush or shrub, I think that would be a beautiful sight. I am looking forward to harvest time too. The amount

Thank you for your comment. I did one thing wrong though. There is a flat side and a rounded side on the netting. The round side should be inward, I think. It would be easier for the plants not to be damaged
