That is spot on. It’s such a joke it’s unbelievable really. That everyone just accepts these ‘paper’ contracts as actual real physical metal which they are in reality the opposite of. It’s been like this

Gold price is essentially determined by futures contracts traded on the COMEX. The contracts don’t represent actual physical gold backing them. There is really only a small percentage of physical gold
