Yes, very deep. It came to my mind while watching a movie....i think curiosity definitely plays a part. Sometimes we’re simply trying to understand why this person feels familiar or different from someone

Genuine kindness shouldn't disappear simply because I'm are no longer useful to someone. I’ve experienced situations where people suddenly become distant after getting what they wanted and it really makes

I've been in such position before and I can easily read if someone is like that because to me, that kind of behaviour can feel manipulative because the kindness was conditional not real one

For example, someone may suddenly become very friendly, check on me regularly and praise me because they need my help with something. Once i help them, their attitude changes completely and they barely

I think it depends on the intention behind the kindness. If someone is only being nice because they want something from me, then I wouldn’t really call that genuine kindness. It feels more like being nice
