In my experience most all greens like it pretty warm (75+) and lots of light. They are usually up in 24 - 48 hours.

I've found it helpful to keep the notes for each plant on a separate sheet. Takes up more room, but it's much easier to look back through the notes of one plant than to have to go through whole years to find each one's notes…

And I still envy those seeds boxes! And the fact you are 2 Zones ahead of me!
