My comment is geared more at steemit than steem... I think steemit should check for accounts that only downvote and pull their steem delegations. Also getting listed on more exchanges would be good as

Do you know about steemengine tokens? You should use some different tags so that you can get some extra tokens :) I just broke out of silver 1 two days ago... i keep hovering the line back and forth....
