Its 80 centimeters deep, no basement. In Poland on hard sandy soil its fine and normal :) also the old dirt will be put around the house so it will be roughly 1 meter deep.
Will be build with typical red ceramic brick & styrofoam. 5 by 10 meters and antresol of 20m2 totaling 70m2.
