Hi Max , i love how you spoke more about spirituality... i almost copmpletely agree with your metaphysics apart from a few things ,or perhaps i am just misunderstanding them. But you seem to state that the "i am" awareness is connected to the soul, wich i tend to disagree with cuz from my perspective this 'i am' awareness IS the soul ... and so much more to be honesty... you seem to reflect this in stating that we are all one ,inlakesh... so shouldn't we all have the same soul then ? another thing is your critique on religion ,wich i completely agree with but i do not include its holy book within that critique. you seem to think the bible tells a story about some1 coming to save you ,or us. And yes religion people have told us this is what the book says.
But when i read the book i clearly see that the name of God is exactly this "i am" awareness. And bcuz Jesus Is God ,Jesus (the savior) IS the "i am" awareness. Now if you replace the word Jesus in the book with the "i am" awareness , evrything changes. All the bible tries to tell us is to not be completely guided by the thoughts about the world or ourselves( the multitute), but to be guided by this inner knowing you talk about(Jesus) , if this is the case (wich is debateble ofcourse) then the bilbe is exactly the book wich tells you to take your own power back.
Just my view though.
