Greetings hivers artists, once again participating in what is the art contest proposed by @splinterlands and this time I made a choice quite different from what I usually illustrate; however, the result was more than I expected. This is Fire Beetle, a fire beetle that in my version is entering another dimension. This one stands out for being shown in a version very close to 3D because of the fire it represents in a dark and gloomy night, filling the depths of the subsoil with fire with its presence.
Saludos hivers artistas, una vez más participando en lo que es el concurso de arte propuesto por @splinterlands y esta vez hice una elección bastante diferente a lo que acostumbro a ilustrar; sin embargo, el resultado fue más de lo que esperaba. Se trata de Fire Beetle, un escarabajo de fuego que en mi versión va entrando en otra dimensión. Este resalta por mostrarse en una versión muy cercana a la 3D por el fuego que representa en una noche oscura y tenebrosa, llenando de fuego con su presencia las profundidades del subsuelo.
One of the things I loved when working on this card was to challenge myself to make a different fire display on this character, so I thought of duplicating the illustration once it was finished, changing the color completely, enlarging it a little more and placing it behind the original drawing so that it would form that impression of fire in the dark.
Una de las cosas que me encanto al trabajar esta carta fue el retarme a mí misma para hacer una muestra de fuego diferente en este personaje, por lo que se me ocurrió duplicar la ilustración una vez terminada, cambiarle el color por completo, ampliar un poco más y colocar detrás del dibujo original para que así formara esa impresión de fuego en la oscuridad.
