This is all part of the feminization of the west to cripple it. They know that MEN biologically are built to defend, protect, fight... men with morals are the biggest threat physically to the cabal, if you turn all the men into women with micro estrogens or sex changes you weaken the ability to fight back. It's just yet another way that "The System" is trying to hold us back spiritually first physically second. It all starts in the mind/consciousness.
