@xplosive I am so glad you finished school as a private student. That thing about sticks and stones can break your bones but words can never hurt you is complete CRAP! Words hurt more than physical abuse

Thanks, I will definitely look at my diet a bit. Perhaps I just need an overall change in my whole diet. This Covid has made us all eat differently than what we should. Thanks for the tips @buttonn I will
