You really wished he could stay for the detention. He didn't want to be tagged a bad student on his first Day in school. If You stayed back for the detention, there was no Way he was going to meet up with helping his Mom. Also You hasn't eaten anything since he came to school, He might just collapse in detention.

The house seemed awfully quiet. You was expecting to hear The sound of pounding, or the sound of the mixing machine, or the sound of a cutting knife against a chopping board.
"Was the meeting cancelled?" You asked himself as he headed for the kitchen. You came to a sudden halt as he Saw blood stains All over the floor. The blood stains were more on the rails of the stair case leading to the upper part of the house. You followed the blood prints with his heart in his mouth and a bat in his hands ready to smash anybody he sees who wasn't mother.

The blood trails led to his mother's room. His heart was beating faster than ever. This was it, whatever is actually going on is all happening in there. You opened the door slowly with his right hand, firmly gripping the bat in his left hand which was his stronger hand.
The door fell wide open and You was met with a scene which was more like a fantasy movie. Four creatures with a hideous face were carrying his mother who was bleeding profusely. In front of them was what seemed like a portal to a different multiverse.

The creatures walked into the portal with Mom. The portal was closing slowly. I had a crucial decision to make in a few seconds. Do I follow them into the unknown multiverse, or do I obey My mother's Last Words?
