I think trying to assign a 1K or 2K move to a media report is not very precise. Just my take.

Bitcoin don't care about Clarity Act, it's for stable coins & crypoto more than anything. The one detail of breaking down legally is bitcoins labeled and regulated is there but bitcoin has least to loose compare to all these centralized cryptocurrency companies that are 99.9% no use case crap anyway.

That said the treasury wants stable coins so wouldn’t shock me if something is passed even if it hardly resembles original.
