Yeah, that's just stupid.
First of all, China is HUGE, so even being in the country doesn't mean you've been exposed to the Corona virus.
Second, if you weren't in the country, being Chinese doesn't make you magically a carrier.
Can't help but think this is either an excuse, or blatant racism.
