This seems like for many posts the net cost would be substantially more than the rewards to commenters.

Is there any plans for anything related to delegation or direct payment via hive/HBD?

Edit: I wasn't sure if you meant that the potential rewards (perhaps from the first 3 days?) would be used to calculate upvotes, but judging by comments I'm guessing that seems to be the case.
