There's loads of problems everywhere and that means here also. I'm brown and despite being born here and raised about as Australian as it gets I'm subjected to some of the racial vilification that people feel is warranted.
I certainly don't agree with some of the nutbaggery around immigration though, there seems to be quite an imbalance in some aspects, weighted the way of people who I feel don't deserve it but here's not the place for it and most probably won't relate unless they are here. I don't really like (or support) people having very strong opinions about places and countries they don't live in or understand properly so I don't go out of my way to voice my opinions publicly. Freedom of speech isn't much of a thing around these parts.
