That pyrocco rooster looks majestic..... You know that reminds me of a time when a yellowtail/possum came into my yard. I had chickens there, so having this predator in the yard was quite a nightmare. I had to put the chickens in a high place to keep them safe and the chicks in cages, because when it came it ate two chicks.

I hope your hens are kept out of harm's way and that you continue to take care of them.

Ese gallo piroco se ve majestuoso... Sabes que eso me recuerda a una vez que un rabipelado/zarigüeya llegó a mi patio. Ahí tenía gallinas, así que tener a este depredador en el patio fue toda una pesadilla. Tuve que ponerle a las gallinas un lugar alto para que estuvieran más seguras y a los pollitos enjaulados, porque cuando llegó se comió dos pollitos.
