Today is shopping day! One of my favorite days 😂 Because it means more walking, and a much better Actifit score by the end of the day. Let’s rack up those steps!

I would say today is a success for me, managed to hit more than 5k steps 💪 Recorded using the Actifit app, definitely a good motivation booster for me.

Already started my walk and Actifit is crunching the numbers, current score at 1,393 and I’ve got a good feeling today’s gonna be a high one 💪 Let’s keep moving!

So far, most of my activity score comes from my usual daily routine and on weekends, grocery shopping boosts it even more. All that walking really adds up 😂. I guess i'll go grocery shopping later.

Had a good activity score yesterday, but one good day isn’t enough. Consistency is what actually turns those small daily numbers into something meaningful. So today, I’m setting the same target, hit 5k
