I think I’d make an honest attempt. I’d handle all the smart stuff, stash the money in low fee options, still enjoy an amazing life and not even touch the gains (that’s still 30m a year).
But after 4-5 years I think I’d start feeling like I should be doing something bigger. Like I’d have the chance to really matter. And I’d probably pursue that.
Then I’d probably get discouraged and go back to doing nothing but with less optimism.
