Absoluut, zelfs zonder de loopband kwam ik over de 10 000 stappen. Ikzelf gebruik een fitbit, wat echt wel helpt. Altijd mijn gsm op zak hebben, vooral tijdens het kuisen en opruimen, is vrij irritant.

I like the idea, I can keep my Fitbit on syncing and scrape the data from my profile to show the steps, distance, speed and calories burned on the screen. The bottleneck would be my stamina and physical
