Well, we went to the initial Cub Scouts meeting tonight and my oldest is super excited to start. Every wednesday we will be spending an hour at the meetings. I was a Boy Scout and a Webelos, my father was an eagle scout, so I am going to see how far he will follow us.
I am presuming I will have some regular involvement given my background, skill set, and experiences.
I went to town this morning and got 6 barrels if grain. Saturday I pick up 8 barrels. I am dumping it on the garden spots to help as a weed barrier and to add nutrients. The sheep pen has gotten a bit too deep and murky from the rains and tons of grain piled over the year.
Tomorrow I am going to town again, prepping for freeze, prepping for tree trimming, prepping for winter.
